Our online store’s lair is located in a cold and dark basement in a suburban town in Northern Virginia, USA.
Certain marked items, such as t-shirts and other apparel, are print on demand and are fulfilled and shipped out by a 3rd party.

Q: WHAT ARE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?

We cannot offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if your package is damaged or if there is anything missing from it, please contact us via e-mail and we can exchange the order depending on the severity of the situation.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE US?

We do offer international shipping to most other countries. However, we will not be able to present a tracking number once the package has left the US. Any customs fees, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in original purchase/ shipping costs.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE AN ORDER?

Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be extended.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks.
